It is one piece of chicken breast meat – not like some of their other products (nuggets) and it is not DEEP FRIED. What about the ingredients? There is also less sodium in the food, with 130 milligrams. A Grilled Chicken Sandwich has only 4 fat, which is significantly lower than other sandwich options.
